shoutouts

For teams

Every birthday and work anniversary, without a spreadsheet

shoutouts for teams is a workspace that opens a group card for everyone on your roster, ahead of each birthday and work anniversary, and sends the team one link a week to sign them.

No card needed for the trial. Signers never need an account.

How it works

Set it up once

  1. 1

    Add your people

Drop in an HR export (CSV) or add a few by hand: birthdays, start dates, and a folder of headshots if you have one.

  2. 2

    Cards open on their own

A card opens days ahead of each date, in the design, opening and celebration you picked for that occasion, and arrives at the time you set.

  3. 3

    One link on Monday

One link signs every card that week: a Slack message to each person, and a ready-to-paste note in your inbox. Whoever a card is for is left off.

It arrives in Slack too

On the day, the person gets their card as a direct message, and the team channel gets a celebration post. It says how many signed, never who. Email always goes too.

You decide who can sign

Anyone with the link, anyone at your email domain, or only people on your roster. We check the email they type against your rule and never store it.

Every card has everything

Photos, GIFs, video and voice messages, YouTube links, music, a background of your own, and any opening on any design. No per-card upgrades.

Priced by headcount, not by card

Unlimited cards on every plan. Pay yearly and get two months free.

Questions teams ask

Does everyone need an account?
No. Only admins sign in. Everyone else signs from a link, with no account and nothing to install.
Can we still start a card by hand?
Yes, for any occasion, picked from your roster so the card is linked to the person.
Do farewell cards open by themselves?
Never. Someone leaving is a person's call, so only birthdays and work anniversaries open on their own.
Can more than one of us run it?
Yes. Invite other admins; every admin manages every card in the workspace.
